Mark category as "evaluated: false"
It would be great to have the ability to mark a specific category as "evaluated: false" and automatically ignore all the relevant transactions (instead of marking each transaction as not evaluated)

Default Statistics or Budgets value for specified Category
I have some category that are not meant to be inlcuded in staistics. Would be nice if the Statistics field can be turned to “Off” by default if the Category is chosen (similar to the behaviour when the transaction is switched from Expense to Transfer)

Make a category not evaluated by default
It would be nice to set a category in which the entries will be automatically set to “not evaluated”

I can second on that. The best use case for this is when doing transfers between accounts and as we have to select a category for such action, we could have that category mark the transaction as evaluated: false to don’t show it on the balance.
Having the same configuration option for Pending on a category would be a plus as well.
