Hi!

You should implement for the credit cards the option to add a specific monthly statement and the amount that needs to be paid.

Also to include the movements done in that monthly statement

Consolidated requirements

  • Configure a credit card’s statement closing date separately from its payment due date.

  • Group the applicable transactions into each statement period and show the amount owed for that statement.

  • Provide a payment-due reminder, including a reminder when the statement has not been settled by its due date. Automatic debiting is a separate request.

    Cut-off date and payment date

    They should let you select on credit cards when the cutoff date is and only show purchases during that cutoff period and send a notification on your payment date.

      Yes, this feature is very crutial, as it helps track billing and tally the expenses.

      Also helps with automatic payments.

    Credit card settlement date

    Ability to set up credit card settlement date and due date for payment. If credit card settlement is not processed before due date, notification will be given.

      Yes, just like there’s an option to set the Month Start Date, this would be useful to define when a billing cycle ends and all expenses in a credit card from that date onwards are passed to the next billing cycle.
